Marjorie Kelting is a talented singer/songwriter based in Northern New York. Her musical journey began in the early 2000s when she immersed herself in playing and writing bluegrass music. In 2005, she made her mark with the release of her album “Adirondack Rail,” featuring captivating original songs like the title track “Adirondack Rail,” “Back Home Where You Belong,” “Darling This Is Goodbye,” “1923,” “Lead Me Lord,” and “The Water’s Edge.”

During her time in Long Island, Marjorie co-founded the bluegrass band, Miller’s Crossing, in 2004. The band remained active until 2016, leaving a legacy of vibrant performances. Later, in 2018, Marjorie made the move from Long Island to Malone, N.Y., where she currently imparts knowledge as a teacher in the local school district.
Continuing to fuel her passion for music, Marjorie embraced a solo career in 2023, gracing various venues across Northern New York with her original bluegrass and contemporary folk/Americana compositions. Her upcoming plans include the release of a new EP or LP, promising an exciting continuation of her musical journey.
